My mom is a new patient here, at the Pell City location. We couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Cheng and the staff. Everyone we have encountered for Mom's care has been so warm and engaging, professional, and willing to answer our questions with kindness and patience. So happy we found this practice!

Aultman Dental is fantastic. Moving to Pell City, my wife was in dentistry for over 30 years. She selected Aultman and we are very happy. Today I was taken care of by Jamie, very experienced, professional and a fine person. Enjoyed my visit and highly recommend.

Top-notch service from start to finish. The office is modern, clean, and uses the latest technology. I came in for crown, and I was impressed by how thorough and efficient the team was. No long wait times, and they were very transparent about the treatment plan and costs. Lesley was super nice and lovely. This is the best place for all your dental needs. Jaime is the best in the country at her job as Dental Hygienist. I actually look forward going getting my teeth cleaned. All the people there make you comfortable and the best experience ever. Dr. Cheng hands down is the best and explains things so you can understand. So if you’re looking to make a move, Do it cause you will not be disappointed.

Everyone was super pleasant. The dentist was top notch, thorough, and honest. I will definitely continue my dental journey soon with them. Update: 4/9/26--went in for a major, to me, procedure. I couldn't have asked for better treatment/results. I felt like I was in a castle getting princess-like treatment. I was apprehensive, nervous, etc. prior to arriving. I walked out with my hands in the air, free from dental pain, feeling awesome and still feel fantastic in my recovery stage. Highly recommend this dentist and staff for any type of dental needs.

Staff is very friendly all the time.Arrived at appointment time and was called in about five minutes later for my cleaning. Found two small issued and took care of them right after my cleaning. Great service all the time that’s why I gave a Five Star rating.

I’m a new patient and new to the area. I’m very impressed with Aultman Dental. My first impression was the building and lobby/waiting room, it is very beautiful and calming. The front desk receptionist is pleasant and you move quickly from being comfortably seated in an elegant waiting room to being whisked backed to a very neat and orderly dental station. My X-rays were done so fast it made my head spin. This was due to their high tech state-of-the-art equipment they use. Dental X-rays have always been difficult for me since 1993 when I had my jaw broken in several places, so this X-ray session was like a God send to me. The whole experience was amazing, the cleaning, the consultation, everything. I have to say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, and I’m so glad I picked Aultman Dental as my local dentist.

The dental assistants were knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The doctor was extremely detailed, explained every step of the procedure clearly, and used advanced technology that made everything quick and painless. The office itself is spotless, modern, and very well organized. What really impressed me was the pricing—completely transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. Honestly, this place is on another level. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care without the headache.
